Well I just started brewing. I have a 1 gal mead that has been racked and now is aging. I also just bottled a pale cream ale today.

Ok tested one of the cream ales. Not bad at all still a little low on bubbles but the flavor is very nice. Should be ready next week.

The mead is still a little harsh MIT is starting to mellow out so in a month or two I will test it again
