Been brewing on and off for quite a while ( over 20 years). Not a lot of batches made and always been kind of the mad scientist approach not following recipes.
Maybe only brew a couple batches a year, but I figured to come and see what is going on in the brewing world. I might have even been here in the forum years ago but forgot! lol
