So far I have brewed a West Coast Red (1 gal NB kit) and it was pretty good, the fizz drops did not fit the bottle so that was a pain. I have a Pale ale in the fermenter as we speak and I will probably use the Coopers fizz drops since they fit. I would like to try the priming sugar but I am not sure how they it would work with the 1 gal kits.
