New guy from TX

Hi everyone... I've been lurking for two weeks non stop lol

My real name is Chris Brown but everyone calls me Birdsnake irl... I'm from the Ft Worth/Dallas area.

My wife gave me mr beer for xmas which got me into research mode... fast forward a few weeks and I'm now the proud owner of buckets / better bottle / kettle / etc etc.

I'm going to do my first 5gal brew (extract kit from ahb) this Wednesday and my first mr beer batch goes into the bottles sometime around this Saturday.

Anyway just wanted to check in.
