Click to expand... Welcome. Be sure to check out the FOAM Rangers and the MASHtronauts, both big homebrew clubs in the Houston area. Saison is a great yeast to use in the summer in Texas if you do not have any temperature control. I recommend googling Son of Fermentation Chiller as an easy way to keep your beer fermenting at the proper temps.
