I'm new to this forum, although I've been brewing for around five years now. I've been pretty serious about it in the last year, especially since I'll be supplying all the brew for my wedding coming up in October. I'll be in and out of here acquiring and supplying (mostly acquiring) tips and tricks along the way. Feel free to say hi if you're in the area and want to share a brew. I'm friendly (but not too friendly).
