Been brewing for coming on 15 years now, all grain and usually alternating between a Bitter (preferred by me) and a Pils or Kölsch (preferred by my wife), with occasional sorties into something different. We lived many years in the UK, so my Bitter brewing is usually focused on trying to clone what was our local brew at the time - Brakspear's of Henley-on-Thames. Our oldest daughter lives in Germany, so the Pils and Kolsch brews are attempts to match beers we enjoy when visiting her.
