My names Brandon and Ive become intrigued with the idea of being able to brew my own beer. I decided I would start with a cider first because I happened to have two gallons of organic apple juice with no preservatives.

They are fermenting at the moment. I had to move them to the closet from under the sink and it raised 6 degrees or so, hopefully it wont totally ruin my cider!

I look forward to getting to know the ins and outs of home brew!

This is a great place to get started, and there are a ton of local homebrew clubs in the greater Seattle area, so I suggest you find one and get involved! Head here to find one near you!
