New from Pensacola

Good Morning all,

My name is Ray Vinton. I am a home brewer from Pensacola. I have 7 brews under my belt right now. Two all-grains and 5 extract. My favorite brew that I have done so far is a extract Belgian Strong Ale. I changed the recipe while I was brewing and did some things different. It was supposed to a Tripel but the things that I did different made it a strong ale instead of the Tripel. I have an Imperial IPA conditioning right now. I have just bottled up until this point. I am putting together a kegerator piece by piece. I like to make as much as my brewing equipment as possible, instead of buying things. I am here to learn and offer my very limited knowledge.
