Long time reader...first time poster! I've been reading on here about every night for awhile now and have learned a lot. I like many others started with Mr Beer, then extract now I have my first all grain batch in the carboy (hope I didn't screw it up too bad) But now I understand this isn't a hobby it is an obsession..but a damn fun one...anyway..cheers!
