Hi, all. Been lurking for a little over a month just reading all the great posts and soaking up as much info as I can. But I finally have a question to ask so I figured I'd better stop here first and introduce myself before posting elsewhere on the forums. My name is Stan, I live in Florida, I'm new to homebrewing, and my first batch of beer has been in the fermenter for two weeks now. I guess that's all I can say about myself for now. Looking forward to being here and learning lots from you guys.
