Yup! Its a brewhemoth! I picked up 3 Penrose kettles too. Dale over there is great. Ordered and built in 3 or so weeks. Next I'm going to build a glycol system with a small pump to control the temperature. Can't wait! Ill post photos of the progress.

No not doing a jacketed system persay....I will be using a small pump and glycol with a small fridge. The fermentor will have what is called armorflex insulation. Which is about 1" thick. We use it to insulate chiller barrels in the Hvac industry.
