Hello. New member and new mead-maker. Just started in August.
So happy I've discovered the hobby - my commercial go-to has been reduced to hard cider because beers just don't do it for me anymore, and my though my GF likes wines, she can't tolerate sulfites. This gives me (another) outlet for my creativity and control over what goes into a batch.
She was initially concerned about the number of new honeys I had in my life, but after meeting them, she's made a few new friends what she wants me to bring around more.
