So I have no issues with my homemade CF chiller, works great but a little bulky.
I'm a central heating engineer and am currently changing a boiler and have just noticed that there is a plate heat exchanger that looks ideally suited to use as a new CF.
Normally these are fitted with special fittings over here, however this one actually had treaded joints.
Little bit of an acid flush to clear it all through and it should be good to go.

Should clean up just fine I think, I will run some acid through both chambers to make sure there is no dirt/scale.
Will give it a test run with some boiling water and see how it performs.
