I just recently made a S.S. conical and and I'm brewing a batch of vanilla bourbon stout. And I was wondering if I dump my yeast when I reach final gravity then add my bourban and vanilla and leave it in the same conical for an additional week would that work as a secondary process?

Can I leave the yeast in and put my vanilla beans in ...I was thinking once I dump yeast my racking arm may not be able to pick up around 5 cups cups of beer during bottling . Also soaking the beans in the fermentor for a week should be adequate I thinking. Thanks
