I purchased these from Amazon and received them yesterday. They smell like oil/grease. Planned on boiling them before using. They will come in contact with wort.

Did I purchase the right product for homebrewing?

When I've recieved oily parts, that's the rare occasion I'll use unscented powdered laundry soap to give them thier first scrub down, rinse the part and gasket thoroughly and then give them a soak in hot PBW. Given they arrived oily, there's the possibility the gaskets aren't the best. Bobby carries the silicone ones; https://www.brewhardware.com/product_p/gasketcamlock.htm I'm not sure where to look in the US for EDPM or nitrile ones. Since you haven't used them yet, you should know: Not all makers of camlocks follow the exact same specs and often some parts fit together easily and some are very difficult to lock...the solution is to buy and try gaskets from different makers as they aren't all the same thickness; mix and match till you get the best fit.

@Broken Crow Very good advice, which I will follow. And I'm going to need a few of those gaskets so I appreciate the link!
Great post and link! I use those type cam locks on everything in my brewery. I have them in my HLT, mash tun, pumps, fermenter and plate chiller. All transfer hoses have them and flush adapters to connect to the water supply.

I'll be ordering some of those gaskets on my next order to Bobby!

Thanks!
