My 21-year-old grandson saw me buying kombucha, and had the inspiration to buy me a kit as a birthday present.
I'm not planning to do any large-scale brewing, but I'd like to learn as much as I can.
The first batch produced some excellent bottles. The next two weren't bad, but I probably got some things wrong.
I'll start by posting a SCOBY question in the Kombucha & Fermented Tea Forum

Thanks to everyone for making these forums available.

Welcome!

Lots of good knowledge here on the forums. And lots of people willing to answer questions...

My kombucha brewing experience is minimal, but I had good luck with the few batches that I made. So from *my experience*, it's easy :p

definitely look into making SCOBY jerky
