New brewer out here in washington in Lakewood. I just got into homebrewing through a coworker. I started off making mead and have my first batch aging right now I also have a batch of carmel apple mead aging. I have a gallon of some cider fermenting and my first batch of Hef fermenting. I am looking forward to talking to you all on here and learning all that I can.
