NEW BREWER IN SO CAL.

Greetings everyone. I brewed one batch of Porter beer from extract in 2008 and have not done any since. Now that I have more time on my hands (kids are gone now) I pulled out all my stuff and decided I want to do this again. I am going to start with a hard apple cider then do beer.

Welcome! Cider can be very easy or very hard. I go the very easy route and always have one on tap.
