New to the forum. New to brewing. I'm almost two weeks into secondary in a 5 gallon glass carboy after two weeks in a 6 gallon. I'm concerned because I check it today and it looks like this...any idea what the problem is or if it's still any good?
Need more info. What kind of beer? What were the ferment temperatures? Have you sampled and smelled the beer? What is the current gravity? Looks kind of Ok to me, but we need more details.
Visually it looks like there is still some fermenting going on, but you need to do a gravity read a few days apart. If it reads the same both days then it should be ready to bottle. Should not hurt to keep it in secondary for a while longer.
