Welcome. My Chinook has been fermenting for 9 days. Just raised the temperature to 70°F from 68°F. Probably dry hop in the primary in about 5 days.
 
Been fermenting mine at 60 deg and seems to be doing well. Just started slowing down after 8 days in primary.
