Just pulled the trigger on the Deluxe 15 Gallon unit.
I plan on doing a couple practice runs to establish boil off rate and make sure that I am competent enough to generate or edit the brew profiles but I was hoping some of you that have been using the systems for awhile might have some tips/tricks to help dial this thing in when it arrives.
