I've been making mead and variants of mead for a while now. I want to start brewing beer. My first attempt to brew beer (a blonde ale) ended in a disaster due to pesky room mates.
On Friday I went to my local brew shop and bought some grains, dry malt, and hops. I have the equipment, but just need to get another fermenter before I start.
I'll post the process and the result here once it's said and done!
Here's hoping I learn something on this wonderful beer soaked new path!
