So I was about to keg an Imperial IPA that I made 2 weeks ago. I took an gravity reading and it stabilized around 1.019 for the past week. I figured it was done, but when I moved the carboy to the kitchen it started to get some activity. I know I might have mixed a little together just in the moving process, but does this really mean anything, should I still keg today or give it a few more days to see what is happening?

My OG was at 1.070 and now I am at 1.020 - 1.019 for the past week. I pitched 2 packets of Wyeast 1968.

It's done if the gravity was stable for the last week. You got bubbles because you moved the primary/secondary and some residual gasses got released, go ahead and package it:)
