This year wife made cherry wine. First time sharing the hobby..the doctor in her loved it... funny
 
Could not see squat in the white buckets.Once i transferred the must ..she totally understood the phases of the fermentation...I was really surprised the doctor did not need to take any readings.. yes I was the hover brewer ... thanks
 
Light in bucket. Btw this was a good thing in disguise. That bucket has a crack in it! When I cleaned it, I wonder if hot cold, cracked it. Anyways can see well enough. Damn, imagine dumping 5g in a cracked feementer.

So you are learning to read the fermentation bucket..This one reads time to move on ..Thermal shock is really bad in glass carboys....are you saying that you did this recently....ferment in a keg .any type..IMG_20180520_181400.jpgi am really liking the keg,,ferment,transfer ,yeast harvest,serve,Down side it 115lb to move around ...oh yeah you can take readings ,,hook up picnic tap and pull sample for this Beer Troll
