I recently made a single hop, low ABV beer with Nelson Sauvin and was most pleased with this hop. I say this was a single hop beer, but since I began using CTZ extract, I am using that for bittering exclusively. Not sure I can technically claim a single hopped beer with this process...but no biggie anyway we look at it.

Wanting to keep a New Zealand theme for a beer, I found 2 ounces of Moteuka to try in combination with NS. Does anyone have experience with a beer made from a combination of these two hops? If so, I hope for something light and easy drinking under 5 or 6 SRM. Any suggestions or experiences would be most appreciated.

If anyone can suggest amounts of these two hops and the addition times for a PA or IPA, I'd be appreciative.

I like Nelson, but I also believe it is highly overrated. Nelson is very distinct, so I would go 30-40% Nelson and 60-70% Motueka. I would hoever, try to get a " tropical fruit " hop in there, something like Denali, Mosaic, etc.
