I'm doing a Mosaic/Citra/Simcoe and just a splash of Columbus in the 2nd dry hop NEIPA and I'm thinking about using the following malt bill. Any critiques?

60% Golden Promise - 10.5#
20% Vienna - 3# 6 oz
8% Rolled Oats - 1# 6 oz
4% Golden Naked Oats - 12 oz
4% Wheat - Domestic - 12 oz
4% Carafoam - 12 oz

Conan Yeast

OG 1.070
SRM 5.1
ABV 7.4%

Id take the golden naked oats out and up the white wheat so that your rolled oats and white wheat are 50/50 and about 15-18% total in the grain bill.

I brewed an NEIPA a month or so ago and am already drinking the second keg of. My grain bill is as follows:
75% 2-Row
18.8% Flaked Wheat
3.1% Crystal 10L
3.1% Crystal 20L
This beer turned out really well, with the color and mouthfeel that I was going for. The biggest change I will make next time I brew this is to add hops in the primary fermenter. I only dry hopped this beer in the secondary at two different times.
