As I'm out of room in my smaller DJ's
k05yza.jpg

Any idea's what's good to start out with in a 5 gallon batch? Not a kit, I may make 5 gallons of EdWort's Apfelwein but that means buying 20+ litres of Apple Juice, The supermarkets here only sell them in 1-1.5 litre cartons

I have 2 22.7 litre better bottles and a 5 gallon DJ to work with and a 30 litre FV

Any suggestions welcome!

(newbie btw :) )

OH yea, you're definitely going to have to move up in size, because by the time those are bottled you'll have very little left to enjoy. :D As for what to start off with for 5 gallons, well, what do you like? That's what you should be asking yourself.
