Hey guys, I'm not connected to Harbour Freight in any way whatsoever, but I know that people are always mentioning on here how expensive step drills are (and they usually are).

I came across this deal at Harbour Freight and figured I'd pass it on after I ordered some :rockin:

I figure for drilling several holes in kettles and stuff, they'll do just fine.

And now, the obligatory banana: :ban:

Seriously, how can they be like a third (or less) the price of step-bits at the Depot? Is the quality THAT bad? It just doesn't make sense...

They ARE from Harbour Freight (i.e. disposable tools), but like I said, for a few holes, they should do the trick.

I'm with brewiz on this one, the bits don't go up to 7/8ths, waste of money for drilling pots.
