Need some ideas!

I have a TB amber ale extract kit. I want to do a 5gal batch and put in 5 1gal jugs.....what are some ideas for the 5? Anything goes!

1) five different yeasts (american or california yeast, belgian yeast, english yeast, etc.)

2) dry hopped with five different hops

3) Post fermentation additions (fruits, wood soaked in bourbon, dried heather, etc.)
