i got a 15 gallon plastic bucket, normaly i use it during brewing to hold my sparge water.....but recently i've been making more cider, and it's going sour...

i've always had better luck with just pasturization instead sterilization....

hmmm, i guess i'm just bouncing ideas off the faceless internet....now i'm thinking i could fill it with the garden hose and use a cheap immersion heater, or sous vide thingy....just need to get it up to 160-170f...hold it for 10-15 minutes.....

Thank You Internet! :mug:

edit: well, $10 for a 1350w one off ebay....wish me luck!
