Uh, I brewed this one today and pitched the yeast as a Lager yeast so it's fermenting at 55F now. As for the grains I just followed their directions and steeped them in boiled water after turning off the flame. I filled my 20 quart boil pot up with water and boiled it before steeping the grains too. After stirring in the LME and DME I waited for the hotbreak to die off before adding the 2 ounces of hops and let them boil for 30 minutes.
