I am moving in October and am planning on a larger brewery set up. I would like to be able to brew 10 gallons at a time.

My initial thoughts were to get the following equipment:

1 Boilermaker 10 gallon for HLT
1 Boilermaker 15 gallon for a Brew Kettle
1 Top Tier for support.

I already have a plate chiller and a 5 gallon Igloo cooler that I will upgrade to a 10 gallon Igloo cooler. My current kettle is 32qts so I will have no real use for this that I can think of. I was thinking of getting a 14 gallon conical fermentation vessel if I can fit it into a fridge for temp controlled fermentation.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

What would you do?

Thanks
m.

If you'll be doing 10 gallon batches, then you'll want a bigger mash than a 10 gallon. 15-20 is about right. Also, your HLT needs to be bigger unless you plan on using your kettle and HLT to bring water to temps.
