I thought I was ready to go, but I am a bit short on my hops. Hop schedule is as follows:

.25 oz Columbus 60 min
.50 oz Columbus 20 min
.75 oz Cascade 10 min
.75 oz Centennial 10 min
1.00 oz Cascade 0 min
1.00 oz Centennial 0 min

I ONLY HAVE .50 OZ OF COLUMBUS!!

I am new to this hobby and I don't have the knowledge of hops that I hope to one day....just following recipes.

The hops that they say to sub in for Columbus are: Chinook, N. Brewer, Nugget, U.K. Target

......guess what??? I don't have any of those either!!!

Here is what I have extra of:
US Golding
Centennial
Magnum
US Saaz
Simcoe

Anyone with a creative fix please chime in.......much thanks in advance!!!

Cheers

I'd use magnum for the 60min and save the .5oz of Columbus for 20min.

I second this because you are not going to get much if any flavor or aroma from the 60 min addition. I would personally try to find a hop that has the closest alpha acid percentage to your Columbus so of doesn't add much more or any more bitterness.

Magnum, all the way. That's its forte - smooth bittering. Simcoe would work but I'd save it for a late addition.

Assuming 16%AA Columbus
Assuming 13%AA Magnum

I'd up the magnum to 0.30 oz instead of 0.25
