11.2 lbs 2 row
1lb belgian candi sugar
.5 lb caramel malt 10L
2 oz perle hops bittering (60 min)
1 oz mt hood hops (15 min)
2 oz centennial hops dry hopping
1/2 tbls irish moss

162 is always a good safe strike water temp if you don't know what it should be. Sparge/mash out with 150ish water. There is no need to do a mash out step. As you will be boiling the wort and bringing the temp up to stop the enzymatic activity anyway. I'm sure you'll get responses that say you should do a mash out, but it really isn't necessary. I've done the same recipe, at the same time on identical set ups, side by side in my driveway and there was absolutely no difference between the beers.
