I am brewing an AG batch of IPA. My computer is about toast so it wont let me download beersmith. I need to know what my strike strike water/ and mash temp need to be as well as volume. I also need my sparge water temp and volume. Here is my recepie I want to collect 6.5 gallons of wort pre boli.

1lb belgian candi sugar
.5 lb caramel malt 10L
2 oz perle hops bittering (60 min)
1 oz mt hood hops (15 min)
2 oz centennial hops dry hopping
1/2 tbls irish moss
whit labs wlp001 California ale yeast
I plan on doing a 60 mon boil
