I have 12-13L in my carboy that is ready to be bottle. I'm curious how much to sugar to add. My local brew store says 2/3 cups... but I think that is to much for a stout? Heck I made 48 bottles of regular beer and used 1 cup of sugar...

2.5 oz is just under 1/3 cup, so if you go a little less than that it should work out for you. make sure you give it a full 3 weeks at close to 70 degrees to carb up and balance out.
