I'm on my second batch ever so I thought I'd make it a little more fun and create my own recipe. I'm going for an extra special bitter with a little wheat extract added for head and flavor. Here's what I have:

6.6 lb Pale Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM)
1.00 lb Wheat Dry Extract (8.0 SRM)
1.00 Victory Malt (25.0 SRM)
0.13 Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM)
1 Tbsp Irish Moss
1 pkt Safale US-05 yeast

My hops are 2 oz Goldings, East Kent (4.5%) and 1 oz Fuggles (4.2%). I would like some advice on when times and amounts I should add these hops. I want a good hop aroma, but I definitely want it to be drinkable and not overly bitter.

Also if you want to critique the rest of my recipe too I'd appreciate it

for a decent pale ale, my modification might be:

2 cans lme
.5 lbs wheat extract
1 lb munich malt
.5 lbs crystal 60
irish moss and us-05
1 oz ekg at 60, 1 at 20, and 1 oz fuggles at 5
