Ok so im going to brew a German Alt Extract kit from Northern Brewers in the next couple days and it tells me a OG i should be shooting for but nothing about a FG any idea on what i should be shooting for as far as FG goes and any ideas on the best fermenting temps for this beer Thanks heres the recipe

OG-1.052 Primary 1-2 weeks ,Secondary 2-4 weeks
SPECIALTY GRAINS-= 1lbs Weyermann Caramunich ll
FERMENTABLES-6LBS Munich Malt Syrup,1lbs Amber Dry Malt Extract
HOPS AND FLAVORING
1oz-German Perle (60min)
1oz-German Perle (45min)
1oz-Hersbrucker (15min)
Yeast-Safale US-05 Ale Yeast

Does anyone see anything wrong with this recipe and does anyone have any idea what FG i should be shooting for Thanks for any help
 
Google Brewmate or Brewtarget and punch those in for your grain bill.

Also, consider your yeast some have more effect on FG than others. They will take it down farther.
