I brewed a sweet chocolate cherry stout, hit all numbers, added cherry flavorings to secondary, bottled, carbonated using cooper tabs... NO HEAD!!! Is there something I can add to bring the head back? Is it a low carbonation issue, or did my secondary kill more yeast then I wanted? Flavor is good, but seems a bit flat as well.

i know many people use them with success but i just dont get a good feeling about using those carb tabs... but yes threesheets has the proper question to ask, how long has it been in the bottles?
