Hey guys I need some help on a recipe. I need help because I lost my recipe and can't find it anywhere! Im fairly new to brewing so bear with me.
Im making an extract Kolsch/Blonde style ale for some light summer drinking. I bought the ingrediants but cant remember at what times i add the hops. Here is what I have:
5lbs Light DME
1lb Bavarian wheat DME
2oz Saaz
2oz Liberty
Kolsch yeast vial.

What would be a recommended time for the hop additions? I know the Saaz go in at the start but how much would be good? And where do the liberty come in?
Sorry Im such a noob!

This is essentially the hop schedule from Beirmuncher's Centennial Blonde. It might help.
.75 Saaz @ 55 mins
.50 Saaz at 35 minutes
.50 Liberty at 20 minutes
.25 Liberty at 5 minutes
