HLT-MLT-BK and below I have 2 Chugger pumps

So this Is a picture of my set-up. What I need help with is compiling a parts list for fittings. I need to get some silicone tubing to connect everything to transfer sparge water and wort through the system. I am going to be purchasing a Therminator for my wort chiller and will have it located in the space to the right next to the boil kettle.

I would like to use Cam-Locks for my quick disconnects.

Now where I'm getting lost is the particular fittings I need and how many of each.

I have 1/2in ball valves on all 3 of the keggles and I know I need one ball valve for each of the out ports for the pumps. (do I need a fitting for the ball valves to hook up to the pumps?)

Any help figuring this out will be more than appreciated. Once I get this sorted out and purchased and installed I can finally get brewing
Thanks!

I use SS QD's on my HLT, MT, & BK as you described plus the same on the output ball valves on my pumps. On the pump inputs I use 1/2" hose barbs w/ clamps on the hose.
I use a CFC so you'll need barbs on your are chiller, too.
I got my QD's from bargain fittings & the rest from
My LHBS.
Hope this helps.

Thanks, to both of you! I picked up my plate chiller this weekend and should place my order for my fittings next month. Slowly but surely my rig is just about finished. Can't wait to get brewing.

Easiest thing is to draw it out and figure out what fitting goes on each hose/vessel.

The chugger pumps use 1/2 FPT fittings.

Make sure you figure male fittings on all vessels/pumps/chillers and females on all hose ends.

Hoses often get dropped and banged around and the female ends help prevent damage. Also, it's easier to pull on the female collar and pull the hose off rather than the other way around.

Thanks. Yeah I drew it out and it definitely makes more sense and is way easier to comprehend everything that I'd need!

Male fittings on all hardware, female on the hoses. Makes it easy to re-configure as needed.
