I am making an american wheat this weekend and am planning on mashing at 152 for 60 minutes what should my sparge temp be and how long thanks you

sparge temp is generally 170*F, no matter what you are making.

as for the "how long"? I assume you are fly sparging?

I don't have any halp laying around or I'd send you some. I've never used it. Is it common in wheat beers? What's it bring to the flavor profile?

:p

If you are batch sparging, sparge with 170° water, stir, let it rest for 5 minutes. stir again, rest for another 5 and begin vorlauf. Sometimes I just add the water, stir and let it rest for 10 min and vorlauf, doesnt really matter much that I have noticed. when I mashout I let it sit for 10 min or so as well.
