I'm getting ready to do my first brew after remodeling the brewery and getting all new equipment, looking for something easy.

I've got a bunch of maris otter. For hops I have mosaic, crystal and citra. Looking for a good SMASH recipe + yeast.

I think an APA with mosaic is hard to get wrong. About 10lbs MO for 5.5 gallons will get you around 5% depending on efficiency/ attenuation. Throw in 2 oz mosaic 10-15 minutes before the boil is done, 2 oz at flameout, chill and drop in something neutral like us05, dryhop with 2-4 more oz if you're trying for a stronger nose

Try this, just sub the gp for mo.
Sorry, the dry hop is 2 oz, not 0
