I brewed a beer that used Amber DME. I want to duplicate it with AG. Can anyone tell me what kind of malts to combine to get an 'amber' all grain? Thanks in advance.
If you're looking for a total grain bill. I would go with 50% 2-row, 35% light to medium munich, 10% crystal 60, and 5% amber malt. That should get you in the ballpark.
