So my wife informed me she wants to host a party for St. Patty's day and told me I will need to provide the beer. I need a good all grain recipe for a St. Patty's beer that will be done in time if I brew this weekend.

Thanks

Then throw some green food coloring in..Cause St Patties day, its gotta be green!

They colorize the water green in ALL the fountains in downtown Savannah for the occasion! :)

my buddy was telling me I should make green beer. I would think that would take a crap load of green food coloring for 5 gallons.

Not really much at all..I asked one of the bartenders at a Savannah club that was serving green beer and he said for the pony keg(30 gallons?) he used a half of those little bottles..And the beer out of the tap was a real brilliant green..Don't know if it effects the taste(I was driving so couldn't sample any), but didn't appear to have any drawbacks on head retention...
