I've got a BBQ coming up in 2 months and I would like to brew a beer for the occasion. The people who will be coming are not used to having homebrew, so I'm looking for a recipe that will have a nice clean taste to it and be fully mature in 2 months from now.
Can anyone suggest some of there favorite recipes that don't take long to mature, and that a large group of people will enjoy?
Thanks!

Easy Pale Ale
Extra light DME (for a 1.048 wort)
Light and Medium Crystal (steeped)
Cascade hops through out (35-45 IBU and 28g dry hop)

Steep grains, mix in extract, ferment with Wyeast American Ale II or White Labs Cal V for about a week, throw in the dry hops, bottle after another week, condition as long as possible (it usually dissappears between weeks 4-7).

If your friends are not use to home brews, I'd stay away from a lot of hoppiness. Sometimes that comes across really strong to some folks.
