Nebbiolo Recipe

Ordered juice and want to make a Nebbiolo. Anyone out there have recipe? I made a kit a couple of years ago with success and want to try from juice.

I haven't made nebbiolo- but I would think the recipe would be just like any other grape wine recipe- nebbiolo grapes, crushed, fermented, pressed, etc.

I"d target a brix of 22.5-23 but that would be totally dependent on where you source the grapes of course.
