Hey Everyone! I brewed the Northern Brewer Spiced Winter Ale last weekend. I racked to my primary using an autosiphon as I always do. I took a gravity reading today and after I did it I took a taste. People on the reviews on the NB site were complaining about how aggressive the spice profile was. I did not think it was that strong at all. Do you think it is because the mulling spices didn't make their way into the primary fermenter because I used an autosiphon? Is there anything j can do to boost the spice profile?
Thanks!
Thanks!
