So I just transferred a 5 gal batch of Apfelwein that was in primary for 2 months into a keg. I figure since it's gotta sit at least another month to be drinkable I would just carb with dextrose instead of leaving it on the gas.
My basement is 62 ish now is that too cool for naturally carbing???? Should I move the keg upstairs where it's closer to 70?
